Isaiah 59:14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.  As we mark the nations 63 years of independence, this is a critical period and the time to do Ourselves and the next generation a favour by standing up for a new Nigeria. Not Playing your part now will place everyone in a disadvantage position in the near future. The gifts and the grace of God is not given based on age, academic prowess or financial status. Therefore be contented with what He has given to you and celebrate others when the needs arises. No matter what you are going through or what may show up in the near future, please guard your mouth not to speak foolishly against your maker. Just thinking series. Matthew 5:14 KJV. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. You are the only bible that people will read to understand who God is. Your holy lifestyle and a fearless witness is to be a light in the darkness to those around your life. You are being watched by the cloud of witnesses and their expectation is high. You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are. Do not let religion kill you, seperate between what the Holy Spirit is saying to you and what religion has programed into your system. The earlier you wake up the better for you. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, Focus helps you to concentrate your energy on important things. Engaging youreslf in the things you are not called to do is equal to distraction no matter how good they may seem. Never confuse activities with productivity, your productivity can only be measured by your obedience to the will and purpose of God. Eph.5:17. It is tragically possible to be a guide post and not a guide, to be an exhorter and not an example: to point out the way to others and yet not walk in the same way yourself. It is said that the great peril of inconsistence living lies in the fact that it produces the blasphemers of God's name and of His doctrine. Are you searching for meaning and answers to mysteries in life and you are still looking at Bible as a book of myths and fables, anti scientific, outdated, religious and moralistic. Why are you hating someone because of what another person told you about him or her? Is it not better to put aside your preconceptions and search for the truth yourself. Just thinking series. Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Trust is the key that opens the door to your blessings. Since what you need to succeed have been programmed into your system, you also have to connect with the programmer (God) to unlock the potentials inside of you by trusting and obeying His instructions and directions. It would have been normal for John the Baptist to be named after his father, Zachariah meaning " Remembered of the Lord" However, he was to have a total different name, John, meaning  "God is gracious" Spiritually speaking these names are highly significant which marks a departure from family tradition and from old testament law of sacrifice to the new testament salvation by grace. Ingratitude is one of the fastest way to die  financially, emotionally and spiritually. Some people's ingratitude is so loud that all they can remember is what God has not done from the list of their demand. My counsel: avoid ingratitude the way you avoided Ebola,  and corona virus. The Accuser, Satan, was there at the angel’s right hand, making accusations against Jeshua. If you don't know that Satan is making a case against you and you refuse to appear in the throne room to plead your case, the accuser will implicate you. Wakeup, knowing that your father God is the Judge and Jesus is your family lawyer, you will come out a winner  1 John 2:1 ...I am writing this to you so that you will not sin. Just thinking series. Hebrews 12:2 (NLT)  We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith... How often we face situations that seem overwhelming and impossible, our first instinct is to throw in the towel. This is the exact time we need to turn to Jesus who is the author and finisher of our faith. Take a decision today to lean on Jesus for He is well Able to keep His own. Take time to do what you are doing, you are not competing with anyone. Allow your root to go deep down in to the word so that you can stand the test of time. Proverbs 25:18 (NLT)  Telling lies about others is as harmful as hitting them with an ax, wounding them with a sword, or shooting them with a sharp arrow. Please desist from cooking up malicious lies against people, it is a way of killing their spirit and personalities. The cloud is too big for everyone to fly without any collusion.  Why not use the same energy you use in damaging peoples names to improve your own life. Just thinking series. Proverbs 25:19 (NLT)  Putting confidence in an unreliable person in times of trouble is like chewing with a broken tooth or walking on a lame foot. He who needlessly breaks his appointments shows that he is reckless of the waste of other people's time as of his own. His acquaintances readily conclude that he will be equally carless about his other engagements and they will refuse to trust him with matters of importance. Therefore repent and change your ways. When they could not find a way to do this because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and lowered him on his mat through the tiles into the middle of the crowd, right in front of Jesus. Have you thought of why the friends of the man that was lowered from the roof went that far?. Now that you in position to help, support, encourage or care for someone, please do not hesitate. Then what shall I tell them?' God said to Moses, 'I AM WHO I AM... Stop looking for God in the places you want Him to be. He is Spirit and will always chose his form and shape. It is religion that makes you think that He must come from the angle you have known Him from. 1 king 19:12... And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. Please find out where the Holy Spirit is now not where you thought He will be. just thinking series. 1 Corinthians 2:14KJV  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. As you you about your days activities, be  sensitive to the move of the Holy Spirit because spiritual things are slippery. The natural man who lives in a two world view cannot understand God who is Spirit. He will show up in a form that may not make sense to you, only be wise. Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.  Holding someone in your heart is as good as holding yourself on the ground. Just thinking series. Proverbs 25:28 NIV. Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who lacks self-control. Self-control is one of fruits of the spirit that we need, to live above the challenges of the hour. Our lifestyles promotes self gratification rather than self-control, people do not see the need to restrain their actions and reactions, thereby causing damages to relationships. If you ignore this fruit of the spirit, it may lead to a character disaster that may effect everyone around you.
