Colossians 3:13 KJV.
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 
Holding someone in your heart is as good as holding yourself on the ground. The Bible admonishes us to forgive one another. When you forgive someone that offended you, it means that you know God and also you will enjoy the peace that comes with it. I can feel your pains, I know you were hurt but let your heart be free to connect to the father of all spirits. Please obey the Holy Spirit and thank me later. The Lord forgives. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense. Enjoy a glorious day ahead.
