Does it make sense to rejoice in the face of adversity? Yes, I know, because God cares right down to the last detail. You may be suffering from persecution, temptation, satanic/ spiritual attack or trial of your faith. Do not be discouraged, because the book of Habakkuk 3:17-18, gave us hope. Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. Rejoice. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense. God bless you.

This question is from the sweet psalmist of Isreal, David, and the answer is simple: The Almighty God is looking for fellowship, He is looking for a spirit that will think, reason and respond to His love, while partnering with Him to manage His colony called earth.
