Proverbs 12:18 AMP: 
There are those who speak rashly, like the piercing of a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.
One of the things you must deal with this new year is the way you speak to people. Knowing that your words have the ability to kill the spirit of people around you and you cannot withdraw any ill spoken words that have gone out of your mouth.
