Lamentations 3:37. AMP:
 Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, if the Lord has not authorized and commanded it? It is still not over with some unfinished business from last year. Sometimes the best of God can come when you least expect it. Have you forgotten that He still has the right to have mercy on who He decides to have mercy on. Remember that He is still in the business of chiselling somebody out of nobody and making ways where there is no way. Only that you need to face your assignments and allow him to fix things for you.
