‭Philippians 4:4 KJV‬
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. 
With the way things are going on these days, you need to Create your own Way of rejoicing in the Lord. You can only draw the strenght you need from the Joy of the Lord.
Do not k*ll yourself for nothing, remember that when you rejoice in the face of challenges, it gets the opposite people confused.
Psalms 119:92.
If your law had not been the source of my joy,
I would have died from my sufferings. Allow the Joy of the Lord to be your strength. Just making an uncommon spuritual Sense. God bless you.
