Do not trust in a neighbor [because of the moral corruption in the land]; Do not have confidence in a friend. Guard the doors of your mouth From her who lies in your bosom.
One thing about betrayal I have learnt, is that it will always come from your own close friends, from the quaters you least expected it to come from. Be wise with your mouth, refocus your life to He who is able keep you, He is a friend like no Other: Jesus.
