Ezra 1:1.KJV ...the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying... Today the Holy Spirit will stir up the spirit of your destiny helpers to fulfill the word of the Lord in your life, it does not matter the time you think you have wasted, He will use the spiritual compensation mechanism (favour) in the kingdom to settle you.  The Lord has remembered you today.
