‭Zechariah 7:9-10 KJV‬
...Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother:  and oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart. In numerology, the number nine stands for, finality, harvest, fullness of development, fruit and the gifts of the spirit. Therefore as you reap all your harvest and give birth to that which you are pregnant of, remember to extend the harvest to the poor and the needy around you. Also remember the oppress, the strangers, the father less and widows within your reach. Then the blessings of God that has eluded you for years will come to manifestation.
