Just thinking series. 
Hosea 7:8.KJV. 
Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people; Ephraim is a cake not turned.
Ephraim was badly burnt on one side and was not properly cooked on the other side because it was not turned by his bakers wHo were sleeping through out the night.
Hosea 7:6 For they have made ready their heart like an oven, whiles they lie in wait: their baker sleepeth all the night; in the morning it burneth as a flaming fire.
Who are these bakers? The shepherd who would not care for the sheep,  the prophets who would not want to offend anyone and the leaders who will not provide Godly leadership. 
Do not wait until things gets very bad before you speak out. Ask yourself if you are one of the cakes not turned or you are the baker that sleeps at night. 
Wake up and take responsibility.

Take time to do what you are doing, you are not competing with anyone. Allow your root to go deep down in to the word so that you can stand the test of time. The Lord reminds.
