A small group of french physicians established Medicine Sans Frontieres or Doctors Without Borders in December 1971. They believes that the needs of the people supersedes the respect for national borders. Sometimes the Holy Spirit leads us beyound our immidiate borders to attend to someone in need.  Please go beyound your borders to meet peoples's needs. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense.
