Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.
With the ongoing kidnapping, killings and hardships that is around you, the Lord is assuring you you of His protection, provision and preservation. He has created a spiritual Goshen around you and your family.
Psalms 121:5-6 NKJV
 The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night.
