Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.
Working without a plan is like going to the sea without a compass. Remember to make your plans flexible in order to allow changes if they did not work, learn from the military and the naval war planing strategies, ,there is always an alternative movements and changes. So go back and change your plans for the year not your goals if they are not working.
