Psalms 73:1-3. KJV. Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart. But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. 
Many believers think and believes that God is only Intrested in their praises and does not want to hear about their fears, doubt and sorrows. No He wants to hear your frustrations and pains too. Therefore locate a psalm describing your emotional state and meditate on it, use it to express your feelings to God who is ready to help you out. Am I communicating? 
The Lord educates.
