You don't measure your enemies by their number, you are to measure them by the size of your God. 
Therefore your troublems (troubles and problems) are too small to overwhelm you. You have a father that lives in heaven and uses the earth as his footstool. How big is He? The Lord reminds. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense.
