That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;  in today's Christianity people are only interested in the wealth, health and happiness, forgetting that it also involves pain, persecution and loss of possession. Let's not fool ourselves, salvation is a total package. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.2 Tim. 3:12. 
Do not be carried away by name it and claim to Christianity, you must be conscious of the the persecution that accompanies it .The Lord encourages.
