Proverbs 15:13 NIV.
A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
Gloom and depression do not only take much out of life, but detract greatly from the chances of wining life battles. If only you know the power of a bright and a cheerful spirit, if only you can  understand the the medicinal value of good cheer and laughter and if only you know that this priceless value cost nothing, you will wear it always. Remember that people see your face before they see your heart. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense. TGIF, Enjoy your day.
