Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Focus helps you to concentrate your energy on important things. Stop trying to do all things, some things are good but they must not be done by you.  Never confuse activities with productivity, you can become effective by being selective. 
Ephesians 5:17 KJV. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense. Enjoy your day.
