Just thinking.
John 15:13. KJV.
 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
As you go about your Valentine dates with your spouse and your love ones, bear in mind to practice the horizontal and vertical love affairs. Vertical love involves your relationship with God.  Remember  that no body can love you more than Jesus. He demonstrated His love for you by laying down His life for your salvation. Only believe and confess Him as your Lord and saviour.
Horizontally, You are to go the extra mile to also prove your love for others after you have received the love of God. 
1 John 3:16-17. KJV  Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
