Proverbs 27:12 GNT: 
Sensible people will see trouble coming and avoid it, but an unthinking person will walk right into it and regret it later.
It takes a wise person to see trouble ahead and avoid it, thinking before you act will save you from a lot troubles. Therefore to avoid regretting your actions, please think first.  Proverbs 4:23. Be careful how you think; your life and your is shaped by your thoughts. Therefore think before you act.
