Psalms 102:13 (NLT)  You will arise and have mercy on Jerusalem — and now is the time to pity her, now is the time you promised to help.
Yes the right time of God is here, but the question begging for an answer is how many can recognize this time of God. Most opportunity comes in coded form and many has missed it and are still missing it because of over sabi. 
1 Corinthians 1:27. God purposely chose what the world considers nonsense in order to shame the wise, and he chose what the world considers weak in order to shame the powerful. Watch out as He presents a coded  opportunity. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense. Enjoy your day.
