The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.
The difference between half full and half empty can be seen from your understanding of the subject matter. Learn to use mouth aright, it will take you far in the journey of life. You are seen as an inteligent and wise fellow if you keep your mouth shot, especially in midst of strangers. 
Proverbs 15:28. GNT: Good people think before they answer. Evil people have a quick reply, but it causes trouble.
Please think before you speak.
