At the evening sacrifice I arose from my depression, and, having rent my undergarment and my mantle, I fell on my knees and spread out my hands to the Lord my God, Depression is demonic, do not allow the enemy to waste your life for nothing. Even if you don't believe that there is hope in the nation, at least, for the sake of your loved ones, see a reason to live. Do not kill yourself from the manipulations of the enemy. Please seek for a counsel or reach out to a friend and share your burden.
