Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. To load a truck beyond it's limit is to risk a breakdown. A wise and a happy child of God is the one who recognizes his or her own labour capacity and keep within that limit. Take care of yourself, because if you die the the work of the Lord will not stop. Help yourself, God cannot use a dead servant. Just making an uncommon spiritual sense. Enjoy your day and God bless you.
