Proverbs 18:21. KJV 
Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
The primary purpose of your 👄 mouth is to speak your life and destiny to victory. You are either in prosperity, health, abundance, poverty or sickness as a result of what you have been saying to yourself consciously or  unconsciously.
Change your confession and watch your life change for good.
