Ephesians 5:17 KJV. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
Focus helps you to concentrate your energy on important things. Stop trying to do all, some things are good but they must not be done by you.  Never confuse activities with productivity, you can become effective by being selective. 
Just making an uncommon spiritual sense.
