John 16:33. 
but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
A smiling person of good cheer spreads cheer. Cheerfulness is contagious just as gloom and despair. Do not carry the problems of life on your head because it will  show on your face. Jesus has solved the puzzle in your life, only believe and confess Him as your Lord and saviour and your process of reformation will start.
