what do you see?
There are two types of visions we will deal with in this message, the first one, is the vision or revelations from God, the second one is the one you create with your mind (imagination), your dreams, your aspirations and the thoughts in your heart.
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Habakkuk 2:1-3 KJV.
Then the Lord said to me, “Look, Jeremiah! What do you see?” And I replied, “I see a branch from an almond tree.” And the Lord said, “That’s right, and it means that I am watching, and I will certainly carry out all my plans.” Then the Lord spoke to me again and asked, “What do you see now?” And I replied, “I see a pot of boiling water, spilling from the north.” “Yes,” the Lord said, “for terror from the north will boil out on the people of this land.
Jeremiah 1:11-14 NLT.
We are permitted to see the visions or the plan of God for Our lives and also the plan of the devil to destroy and destabilize the will of God in our lives, so that we can either make amends or
Fight the good fight of faith to give birth to His will in our lives.
On the other hand we have been empowered to dominate our world with our imagination, so we are designed to recreate our world with good thinking that gives birth to good products.
Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us,
Ephesians 3:20 AMP.
And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
Genesis 11:3-7 KJV.
The above scriptures proved to us that
Whatever we imagine to do either good or bad is our choice and it will come to fulfillment.
So What you see, either good or bad will determine what you will get out of the abundance that God has released to you .
Now is clear that we have been equipped to redesign our life and our world, depending on what we see and how see them. God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that you think or imagined, but it must work according to the image you choose to see and ready to give birth to.
What can you make out the bad and the good situations around you? Are you part of the people that are afraid of bad situations and only rejoice in good conditions of life? then it means that you are losing out of the abundance of promotions that God has Coded in darkness.
The story of the two thieves on the cross(luke 23:) the prodigal son and his brother (Luke 15:11-32)) and that of David and his brothers with King Saul in the war front with Goliath(1sam.17:2030) are good examples of what we choose to see and what we make out of it.
A lot of people cannot see what is behind the challenges they are facing, some cannot see that the reason why it seems they are struggling in life is that there is a glory that has been loaded in them and the enemy is fighting tooth and nail to make sure it not manifest.
Challenges and difficulties are Stoping you from stepping into God hidden glory in you life, therfore do not give in or be discouraged about your situation now, only try and imagine what you want out of life and design a detailed plan of achieving it, then you will see God fulfilling His promise in Ephisans 3:20
Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us,
Ephesians 3:20 AMP.
There are lots of blessings embeded in darkness, the Bible says that there are treasures hiden in darkness and it will only take a detailed plan and information to know how to see well and enjoy them.
A shoe company hired two staff and sent them to India to explore for new business opportunity, they have two different reports Wired to their home office. Their reports shows exactly what we are talking about here.
One said that the Indians are poor they cannot afford to buy shoes, don't let us waiste Our time producing shoes for Indian market, the other staff report that he saw a big market for shoes, almost all the people here are walking bare foot, that they should produce more shoes and ship to him.
Can you see that we have the same situation but different understanding of what to do with it.
As we write this piece. do you know that the Holy Spirit is opening your eyes to see the possibilities in some issues you have concluded it is impossible, not only you but people around you. Do you know that there are challenges you are going through now that you cannot see how it will play out in the future but some how, your mind is made up: how do I know? Let us ask Naomi and her daughter's in-law.
In the days when the judges ruled in Israel, a severe famine came upon the land. So a man from Bethlehem in Judah left his home and went to live in the country of Moab, taking his wife and two sons with him. The man’s name was Elimelech, and his wife was Naomi. Their two sons were Mahlon and Kilion. They were Ephrathites from Bethlehem in the land of Judah. And when they reached Moab, they settled there. Then Elimelech died, and Naomi was left with her two sons. The two sons married Moabite women. One married a woman named Orpah, and the other a woman named Ruth. But about ten years later, both Mahlon and Kilion died. This left Naomi alone, without her two sons or her husband. Then Naomi heard in Moab that the Lord had blessed his people in Judah by giving them good crops again. So Naomi and her daughters-in-law got ready to leave Moab to return to her homeland. With her two daughters-in-law she set out from the place where she had been living, and they took the road that would lead them back to Judah. But on the way, Naomi said to her two daughters-in-law, “Go back to your mothers’ homes. And may the Lord reward you for your kindness to your husbands and to me. May the Lord bless you with the security of another marriage.” Then she kissed them good-bye, and they all broke down and wept. “No,” they said. “We want to go with you to your people.” But Naomi replied, “Why should you go on with me? Can I still give birth to other sons who could grow up to be your husbands? No, my daughters, return to your parents’ homes, for I am too old to marry again. And even if it were possible, and I were to get married tonight and bear sons, then what? Would you wait for them to grow up and refuse to marry someone else? No, of course not, my daughters! Things are far more bitter for me than for you, because the Lord himself has raised his fist against me.” And again they wept together, and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law good-bye. But Ruth clung tightly to Naomi. “Look,” Naomi said to her, “your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods. You should do the same.” But Ruth replied, “Don’t ask me to leave you and turn back. Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God. Wherever you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord punish me severely if I allow anything but death to separate us!” When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she said nothing more.
Ruth 1:1-18 NLT.
When you continue this story, you find out that Ruth though not knowing what will become of her, not seeing what God had in plans for her later became the great grandmother of Jesus.
Sometimes you may have idea or see a glimpse of what you want or imagined, other times you are clueless of what will playout but there is a confidence you cannot explain that is bubling in your spirit.
Now that you have seen how these things plays out, how do you intend to handle yours imagination and what do see in the situations before you now?
Do you know that nobody will charge you for using your imagination, they will only critisize you when they are clueless of what you you are thinking or comeback to rejoice with you when you succeed.
At this point, I will advise you to train your ability to imagine, even when others cannot understand you. If you can imagine it, then you can create it and have it. In fact I created a slogan for my property business which is: if you it does not exist, we will create it.
So what you see and how you see them is important because you need to stretch your imagination and watch them become a reality.
Keep thinking until we meet again.
