Heb 5vs 12-14

"For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil"KJV

Understanding this message will help you to settle the ABCs of Christianity, while the five fold ministry offices will handle the XYZs.

Have you ever asked yourself why one person is healthy and another person sick;  why one person is full of faith and confidence and the other person fearful, why one person is very optimistic and the other pessimistic; why some are sad and others happy? Why some people are joyous and prosperous and some others poor and miserable? Why someone is a great success and another an abject failure?

Why is one person healed of a so-called incurable disease and another isn't? Why is it that so many kind, religious people are tortured in their minds and bodies? Why is it that many immoral and irreligious people succed, prosper and enjoy radiant health? Why is one person happily married and another very unhappy and frustrated?

 

I will tell you the answer later.

Do you know that we are all created by God with different gifts and assignments? How you put your own to use depends on this ancient wisdom/principles.

remember that God has given us everything that pertains to life and godliness.

2 Peter 2 vs 2-3.

May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord.

3 By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.NLT.

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:KJV 

What does this mean? It means that what you need to succeed in life has been coded into you.

If you know this, why are you not using what has been given to you to better your life?

The challenges some people are having today is that some don't even know about it at all. Some have a head knowledge of it but they have not applied it to their lives. The few that are applying these principles are the ones enjoying it.

Let me try to explain more. Do you know what a principle is? A rule which explains a belief that is accepted as a reason for an action or a way of thinking. A principle is the same everywhere on planet Earth; anytime you apply a principle it will give you the same result. If you combine two atoms of hydroygen and one atom of oxygen the product will be water, not occasionally or most of the time but always. If you take one atom of oxygen and one atom of carbon and combine them, you will produce carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas. But if you add another atom of oxygen, you will get carbon dioxide, a gas that is harmless to animals and vital to plants. These facts are universal and unchangeable. What it means is that if you apply the principles of the word of God, you get the results promised to us by God, irrespective of your location or persuation.

If you understand that whatever you want can come to you with or without money, then you are getting close to what i am talking about. There is a testimony of a lady that was passing a shopping mall and saw a bag that she liked. As she got closer to the bag and saw the price tag, she wanted to say "i cannot afford it" but when she remembered that she can get anything she needs with or without money, she changed her confession to "Father thank you for giving me this lovely bag" and she went home. In the evening she met  her fiancé for dinner. While they were discussing, the guy brought out a package that was wrapped in paper. Guess what the fiancee brought out? The same bag she thanked God for. You may ask, how did it happen? I will tell you later.

another testimony of a pastor who called an estate agent and described the kind of house he wanted. a duplex with swimming pool, at the city center, ten minutes drive to the office, and for outright sale. the agent said it is impossible. the pastor said to him, it is possible, if it does not exist, my God will create it. the agent left, only to come back a few weeks with the good news that he has found the property. how did it happen i will tell you.

my own testimony, last  week Friday i was stooling and vomiting all through the night, in the morning i was so week that i was lying down, no strength to talk not to talk of going out to look for what my family will eat. as i was lying down i was talking with the spirit of God, i said i need my daily bread, i need money to take care of my family. i said to Him, you know i am weak, but if you give me a job, if someone call me to come and Carry him, i will stand up, even with my weakness, i will go. but if you put the money in my account better for me. i was having this conversation in my mind, nobody was aware of it. less than 20 minutes i checked my message, i saw someone pleading that i should help him do a job, that he does not have money to pay me that he can only send me  5000 naira for Data to do the job, that is how the money that i needed came into my account.

This first principles of the Oracle's of God is very simple and common but some people are not serious with it. some reads about it every time but they don't put them to practice, there by, they could not enjoy the blessings that comes from it.

this ancient secret has to do with your 

1. your mind

2. your mouth

3. your response or action.

lets look at these Scriptures:

1. your mind: 

Two different people facing the same situation, and they came out with different results. their mind is at play.

Orpah and Ruth were in the same delima but each came out with a different result. Orpah went back her cursed life and Ruth went all the way to become the great grand mother of Jesus Christ.

Elimelech Moves His Family to Moab

1 In the days when the judges ruled in Israel, a severe famine came upon the land. So a man from Bethlehem in Judah left his home and went to live in the country of Moab, taking his wife and two sons with him. 2 The man’s name was Elimelech, and his wife was Naomi. Their two sons were Mahlon and Kilion. They were Ephrathites from Bethlehem in the land of Judah. And when they reached Moab, they settled there.

3 Then Elimelech died, and Naomi was left with her two sons. 4 The two sons married Moabite women. One married a woman named Orpah, and the other a woman named Ruth. But about ten years later, 5 both Mahlon and Kilion died. This left Naomi alone, without her two sons or her husband.

6 Then Naomi heard in Moab that the Lord had blessed his people in Judah by giving them good crops again. So Naomi and her daughters-in-law got ready to leave Moab to return to her homeland. 7 With her two daughters-in-law she set out from the place where she had been living, and they took the road that would lead them back to Judah.

8 But on the way, Naomi said to her two daughters-in-law, “Go back to your mothers’ homes. And may the Lord reward you for your kindness to your husbands and to me. 9 May the Lord bless you with the security of another marriage.” Then she kissed them good-bye, and they all broke down and wept.

10 “No,” they said. “We want to go with you to your people.”

11 But Naomi replied, “Why should you go on with me? Can I still give birth to other sons who could grow up to be your husbands? 12 No, my daughters, return to your parents’ homes, for I am too old to marry again. And even if it were possible, and I were to get married tonight and bear sons, then what? 13 Would you wait for them to grow up and refuse to marry someone else? No, of course not, my daughters! Things are far more bitter for me than for you, because the Lord himself has raised his fist against me.”

14 And again they wept together, and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law good-bye. But Ruth clung tightly to Naomi. 15 “Look,” Naomi said to her, “your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods. You should do the same.”

16 But Ruth replied, “Don’t ask me to leave you and turn back. Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God. 17 Wherever you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord punish me severely if I allow anything but death to separate us!” 18 When Naomi saw that Ruth was determined to go with her, she said nothing more.

if only you can believe the word of God that was sent to you, not minding the battle that is going on in your mind, you will come out victorious.

mark 9vs23.

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. KJV.

“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” NLT

how does work? if only you can adjust your. mind to believe the too simple word of God, it may not make economic, spiritual or financial sense to you, but train yourself to believe it.

A lot of people believe the words of their doctor more than the wordof God, others are more interested in what their financial consultant said than what the word of God has said about investment and handling of money, so they trivialize the word of God.  

2. your mouth.

mark 11vs 23

 I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. NLT.

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith KJV 

             

How does work?  

Remember that these things has been given to you already, the remaining one is in your mouth to speak out. call the things you want, call them into existence like the pastor i told you about earlier or the sister that got a bag.

 Jesus willing not speak for you on what you want, that is why He gave you mouth to speak want you want. 

Do you know about they that say such  things? become one the people that say such things, people that say things that does not make sense to the people around them but eventually get the results are few. become one of them.

Heb 11vs 14.

Obviously people who say such things are looking forward to a country they can call their own. 

For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.KJV

When you say such things to your self, sometimes, you laugh to your self, but don't stop, keep saying it, eventually it will show up.

when say such things the tendency of your friends and relations scoffing at you is very high.

when you say and do such things, the probability of confusing your enemies is very high because they will never relate what you are saying and what they are seeing.

Heb 10vs23.

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) KJV.

 Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.NLT.

The words of your mouth and the thoughts in your mind must be in agreement inorder for you to get your desired testimonies.

Psalm 19vs14.

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

NLT.

Do you know what is call the law of belief and the law of Attractions? these laws comes into play without your knowledge, only do your part by saying such things and watch how your words will attract with you want.

3. your response or action.

The process is not complete untill you respond to what you are saying. as long as you are saying such things you must match your words with action, if not, you may not get your desired results .

Heb 4vs1-2.

Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. KJV.

Rember the story of Jesus on the three guys with the talents. the first two took action by investing their talents ay made some gains, while the the third guy refused to take an action for reasons best known to him 

Matt.25 vs 14-18.

For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.KJV.

Do you know what is called the law of attrophy? whatever you don't use dies,  Anytime you park a car without touching it, it will start detoriating, if you build a house without someone living in  inside the house, it will detoriate very fast.

 

Have you heard the story of the holy men of India, they lifted up their hands and refuse to bring it down, the hands athrophied or got stiffed.

There was a woman who refused to talk to anybody because she was jilted by a man. only for her to loose her voice.

Failing to use what God has given to or stepping out to confront your fears is the same thing as burying your talent in the group and waiting for the master to come and collect it.

The actions or steps you take, everytime you hear and speak the word of God to yourself is a sign that you believed His word. many people fail to get hold of their future because of unbelief. A lot are still what the writer of the book of Hebrew called babes, who are unskillful in the words of righteousness. when you begin to apply these principles to your life, you will be making the jobs of the five fold ministers easy. it will help you get your desired results in life without much struggles, you will automatically become a teacher and not a babe in the Lord that requires milk everytime. make a choice today by taking responsibility in applying these

 principles to your life.

this testimony of a woman that was believing God for the fruit of the womb, will butress the need for taking action. the woman went to a man of God for counseling, the man of God said to her, Go and buy your baby things, she quickly obeyed and went to the market, bought the baby things and as she was coming back the mother inlaw saw her and shouted impossible. the sister said mummy what is it? the woman said it is impossible, but the sister did not understand. the following day the mother inlaw left to consult the babalawo that gave her the charm only for the woman to die in an accident on the road. After her death the sister became pregnant.

in conclusion, the first principles of the Oracle's of God is very important in understanding the ABC of our Christian Life. we know that there are opposite people out there but understanding and applying these principles will give you an edge over and above your enemies.
