The intellectual and the logical mind in prayers.

The intellectual and the logical mind in prayers.

For the academicians, the intellectuals and the logicians who needs to see the process before they arrive at the conclusion, i will show you.

in mathematics, the formula and the process or the stages you passed before you arrive at the answer is as good as the answer itself. if you write the answers without showing the process, you will fall the question.

therefore when we pray based on the scripture and show the same Scriptures, it becomes easy for the accedemic mind to assimilate.

At the same time the unlearned prays based on the prayer points raised by his spiritual leader, though the words that are being used by the leader might not sound logical, but results are seen.

in all, choose where you belong but make sure you get answers for your prayers. do not let your mind block you from from getting answered prayers.

God bless you all.

remember when Jesus came to see the deciples after his resurrection, he did not meet uncle Thomas, when he came back, he was told that Jesus came and he told them to forget the story, until he sees Him and put his finger in the holes in His hands, before he can believe. when Jesus came back a week later and meet Thomas and He asked him to put his hands and be sure.

Joh 20:19 Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be with you."

Joh 20:20 Now when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.

Joh 20:21 Then Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you."

Joh 20:22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.

Joh 20:23 "If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."

Joh 20:24 But Thomas, called Didymus, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came.

Joh 20:25 The other disciples therefore said to him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe."

Joh 20:26 And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace to you!"

Joh 20:27 Then He said to Thomas, "Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing."

Joh 20:28 And Thomas answered and said to Him, "My Lord and my God!"

Joh 20:29 Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

Did you notice that Jesus did not scold uncle Thomas neither did He stop him from satisfying his curiosity, this proves to us that He wants everyone both the leanred and unlearned, only make sure you come to Him in Humility.

God bless you as you apply your logical and critical mind in the place of prayer, only make sure that you did not block yourself with your logic and your criticism.

Remain bless and keep thinking till i come again.
